New goodies and my Supper Club Card

Here's a sneak peak at the New Occasions catalog items. Just got my pre order. Woo hoo!

I've been way to busy to make anything yet. (Sad face). But as soon as I get through this week I should be able to play. Happy face!

Here's the card we are making tomorrow night using the Bokeh Technique. So easy! Looks amazing though!

This is totally cased from another demonstrator. (Did you think I was creative enough to come up with this on my own? LOL). I loved how it looked but thought it would be hard to do. Not even. I will show you how to do it and it shouldn't take long at all. Just some sponging and a little embossing. That's it.

Looking forward to all the fun Christmas Parties this week at my kids school. I'm going to do a craft with each of their classes.

Laura Minton made these. Mine will not look as cute but hopefully the kids will still like them.

Have a Merry Christmas everyone.

Gift Box Punch Board makes boxes in all sizes

Friday night I had a class where I taught how to use the Gift Box Punch Board. I had everyone pick a color cardstock and we followed the step by step instructions on the board. We then decorated the box in a beach theme.

Here's a quick video from Stampin' Up! to show you how to use the punch board.

Here's one of the boxes we did at the class on Friday.

The size for this box is 2 x 2 x 4 inches. I used some retired ribbon to tie it all up. The stamp set is By The Seashore 126532 clear $16.95. Paper is Pool Party Coordination. I sponged the edges after I put it together. I used Fast Fuse to put it together but Sticky Strip will work great too.

Here's another cute box using the Curvy Keepsake Framelits. I love this box design and it comes together so easy. As a fan of Alabama I needed to make this box.

I used Cherry Cobbler for the tassel, a bit of the silver paper, chalk pen to write Roll Tide on Basic Black paper and then bought the houndstooth paper and A paper at a…

Tie Dye Technique is fun to do

Here's a quick video of me doing the tie dye technique. I hope you like it. I had to hold the phone and "paint" the alcohol at the same time.

I'm also entering the card I made in the SUO Challenge. Visit their website to see all the awesome projects that people post.

I used Pacific Point and Coastal Cabana ink on Whisper White cardstock. Make sure you really ink up the paper. The darker the better. You can apply it however you want but for this one I put the lighter color in the centers and darker color around them.

Poor some rubbing alcohol in a bowl and use a paint brush to apply alcohol to your cardstock. Trace around the circles and add drops and dabs here and there.

Watch the video to see how I did this.
Here's what it looks like when it's done.

Then you can create a card with the finished piece.

I also did a few different ones. Take a look.
I made these two cards. I think they turned out cute.

Curvy Box Die

Check out these two boxes I made using the Curvy Box die by Stampin' Up! I love this die and can't imagine life without it now. Want to make these cuties too? Let's have a party.

I saw how someone else had made these and decided to make my own. I think I did pretty good.

Contact me today to schedule your party to make these and other cute boxes.

Feathers are in for 2014

Stampin' Up! finally has made a stamp set to go with feather framelits . Yeah!!! Check out this card I sent to my team members for being so awesome!

I love the colors: daffodil delight, coastal cabana, calypso coral. I used the background hardwood stamp in Baked Brown Sugar. I truly am thankful for my team of TURTLES. That's what I call them since they are. Visit my team page above to learn more about them and why they are called TURTLES.

Planning my team getaway trip now and can't wait to pamper those who promoted and achieved higher sales and recruited. They rock!

Looking forward to seeing them soon.

Bible Journaling

Recently I was invited to join an online bible journaling group. They are amazing artists creating beautiful art in their bibles or journals. This really appealed to me so I started to do a bit of art myself.

I am using Stampin' Up!s This and That Journal instead of my bible (I just can't do that yet). I usually get inspired by a verse from the bible that I have read on Facebook. Then I use my stamps, inks, markers, stickers, etc. to create a page in my journal. While making the page I read the passage several times and think about what it means to me. God works in our lives and encourages us to follow our dreams. I enjoy making cards, crafting and scrapbooking. Here's a huge sign from God saying that I'm doing what I should be. My church asked me to make up a scrapbook for a special person who was retiring from our church. She let me do pretty much whatever I wanted to do. Here's the cover of the scrapbook I made:

She loved it and I'm so blessed to be a part o…

My Team enjoyed making these projects

This was last month but I thought I would share them on here. If you are on Facebook you'll get to see my projects posted quicker.

We did a shaker card using the star framelits and then made the cute box using the envelope punch board. Do you want to have fun coming to my classes and learning these cool techniques? Join my team or set up a private class to learn how to do these projects and more. Thanks for looking.

Project Life! Get those pictures in books

I love using Project Life to scrapbook with. It's amazing how quickly I get my pictures into albums. Here's one of the kits I used and some pages I made:

I'm planning to hold another class so let me know if you want to do it. My last class we got 10 pages done in 2 hours. That's a world record for me.

Thanks for stopping by today. Make sure you sign up for my emails. Check the side bar for the link.
