Here's a card I made for my hubby. He really does mean the world to me. I thought he would love the map background stamp. (Glad this stamp isn't on the retired list). Supplies: World Map  130345  Love You More   131853 Black Stazon Ink   101406 Crumb Cake Cardstock and Ink  120953, 126975 Marina Mist Ink  126962 Soft Suede Cardstock and Ink   115318, 126978 Real Red Marker  100052 Aqua Painters   103954 Sponge daubers   102892 (retiring) Do you know the trick of pressing the top of the ink pad lid into the ink pad? That's what I did and then used the aqua painter to get some color on the tip and color in the map. You have to make sure you use stazon ink to stamp the map so that the lines won't bleed. I really love this time of year. Love is in the air and there's so many fun ideas to try with making Valentine's. My girls and I make our Valentines every year and their classes are quite big. So whatever it is we make has to be EASY. I came up with this cute treat holder. This "box" is made with the two tags die 115954 21.95. You can even fold the cardstock in half and make two tags at once. I wouldn't do more than two layers since there's a score line and the thickness can make it cut instead of score. Adhere the two tags together like this: I used snail because it's quicker and it's for kids at school. (They may not keep this cute box forever. LOL).  But you could use sticky strip for a better hold. Next you stamp the whale with Pool Party Ink, cut it out with the clearlet, draw cute eyelashes and a mouth, then add a bow with our bakers twine. I did sponge a little on the box and whale image.
