Totally TURTLES

I had such a fun time today with my friends. We made 10 Christmas Cards and 10 Forth of July Cards. My friend brought her 9 year old daughter who did a great job making cards. I may have to hire her to help me make swaps for convention. I got to see my downline's swaps and they look gorgeous. She used the Pick a Petal stamp set. We're going to add some black taffeta ribbon as soon as it comes in. We've got time. Convention is July 21-25. I can't wait! Our group that's going is awesome! We have matching shirts and are usually the first ones to run into the convention hall. We have something special planned for that but I can't give away too much. Everyone noticed that I had lost weight today too. I'm so thrilled! I've lost 20 pounds so far. I'm getting into pants that I couldn't even pull up. It's awesome! I've been doing the no carb diet for over a month and I feel great. I'll keep you posted on how I'm doing. Still have 22 ...

I'm so excited to be getting my catalogs in just a few days. I've been lucky enough to check one out with my upline but I've been wanting my very own copy since June 1. Sunday is my Christmas Card Class and I can let those that come have a first grab at the catalogs. They only cost $10 but if you join my club you get it for free. I'll have more details on Sunday. In addition to the Christmas Cards you can also opt to make 10 4th of July cards too. Cost will be $5. Very simple fast cards. I sent out 4th of July cards one year to my family and got so many responses.  They loved it! I had a contest last month for scrapbooking. I didn't get the response I thought I would but I was not disappointed. Becky made a wonderful two page layout using all Stampin' Up! I posted a picture of it on my Facebook page.
