I've been busy with family lately. We went on a ski trip last week. It was so fun and the girls had an amazing time. It was their first time seeing it snow. (They have seen sleet). They were great skiing too! Even Amanda did great who is afraid of heights. Their instructors were so proud of them. (Me too!) Here's some pics of my trip: Tuesday night was my supper club. We had a roast and some of the sides that my friends brought were really unique. Carrot soufflé and raspberry cupcakes. Yum! Here's the technique we did.
